The "Left Bumper" button on both our older DS and our DS Lite are working intermittently. Very annoying problem, but otherwise they work fine. Can we order this part from you?

If the left/right bumpers are working intermittently, it may be that the metal pins used to provide springiness have become bent, or you may have dirty contacts. If this is a big problem for you, we can replace them. Just search for ds lite repair service.

When you say it will not power up, do you mean it flashes once, then shuts off, or does it show you nothing at all?

I believe this situation has already been handled with our customer service. The wrong screen was sent out by mistake, and we have since replaced it with the correct item. Sorry for the initial trouble!

You more than likely just need to replace your Top LCD screen. We have that product in stock, and we are posting a repair video in the next day. Alternatively, you could send it in to be repaired by our professional staff.

My Son's DS Lite will charge but when you power it up the green light comes on but nothing else, no screens top or bottom. I have held the power button for 10 seconds to reset and have removed and reinstalled the battery as well. Any ideas before I decide to repair/replace it?

This is an odd one. Has it been dunked in water to your knowledge? You may need to replace the sound card. It doesn't sound like a speaker issue if the mic jack isn't working either. We actually have never seen a replacement sound card before, so you will have to salvage one from another system. We do offer refurbished, working DS Lite systems. Just search for DS Lite System on our site.

This is a quick fix for us. To do it yourself might be a bit tricky. You'd likely need to replace the top LCD although you can't be sure until you test several different things. I'd send it into us to repair for you. Search for DS Lite Repair Service on our site. Thanks!

Its not the games. Typically when we hear folks say this, we think GBA games only show up on the bottom screen, whereas DS Lite games show up on both. Typically what is really going on is your Top LCD screen is shorted out, and needs to be replaced. We can do this repair for you. Search on our site for DS Lite Repair service.

None of the pins are bent and have cleaned the slot multiple times. It can play gameboy games though. Anything I can do without geting a new one or spending $70+?

I changed the housing shell by myself to fix broken hinge. I followed all instructions, but when i turned on my ds lite the bottom screen would only turn on for less than a second and turn back off. I dont know if your shop can fix it, or what I can do.

The contol buttons and both the L and R buttons don't work. The top half of the console will not stay shut and the left speaker isn't working. I know it's a lot but some how it still works. I jus want it to be easier to play is there anything i should do?

On a Sunday my dad went to go pick up my brothers so i showed him the game i was playing it started to rain so i went inside then a couple of mintues later i turned of on me i put it to charge but the bottom screen turned on not the top one but then i turned off its only one for half a second its my brothers please i need help he will kill me if he found out

DS game card taken out put back in wrong then pounded against wall trying to force it in. All done by my 3 yr old grandson. Now the games don't work in it. Can this be repaired for less than the price of a new one?

Hi folks. My son's DSi may be on its last legs, or may just need a little adjustment. Both upper and lower screens have stopped working. Intermittently. I suspect a loose connection, as there is no screen flash when the DSi is turned on (and it does turn on, green light and all). I'm trying to find a schematic, or at least a good photo of the DSi's guts, so I can see if it's anything obvious. Thanx for reading this! All

so my sons ds lite locks up after about 15mins of play. turn it off turn it back on and it happens again. the unit is only 2wks old with little use. any ideas? thanks
