Send in your games to the address below along with a printout of your receipt from checkout, or a note with your name and order #. We do not send you a mailer for this, shipping to us is your responsibility. Service typically takes 1 to 2 business days plus shipping time.

This service is available for games made for play in North America (US, Canada, Mexico) only. We have no way of testing PAL games, although the cleaning procedure is identical.
