The touch screen fits over the lower LCD screen on your Nintendo DS. If your DS is no longer responding to the stylus pen when you touch the lower screen, this is the part you need. If your lower screen does not light up or display an image, you may need the lower LCD. That is sold separately.
Please note this is for Nintedno DS, not DS Lite or DSi.
No soldering required to replace this part, but you will need to dis-assemble and re-assemble your DS.
You will need a triwing driver (sold on out site) to open the special security screws to get inside the system, and a tiny phillips screwdriver once inside.
