Installs below the Nintendo DS Lite touch screen, which is purchased separately(see products below). The lower LCD displays the images, the touch screen registers the stylus pen's touch.
You will need a special triwing security driver tool to get inside the Nintendo DS Lite (see link below) and a tiny phillips screwdriver Check Repair Center on green bar above for repair videos.

Peel the touch screen off your old LCD very slowly and carefully so you can re-use the adhesive frame that sticks them together, and so you don't damage the touch screen. Be sure to insulate the back of the lower LCD with electrical tape or something similar so you don't short out your DS Lite when the back of the lower LCD touches the motherboard.
