NOTE: You will need a
3.8mm gamebit security tool to open up any Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, or original Gameboy game cartridge to replace the battery or for cleaning the game cartridge.
You can buy both the bit and battery at a discount in our Nintendo Game Battery Replacement Kit over buying them separately. If you have multiple games to repair, you only need one bit.
