DSi XL. For one low flat fee, you cover the parts and labor for common DSi issues including:
- Broken hinge
- Cracked shell
- Want a color change
- Cracked or non-working bottom or top LCD screen
- Cracked or non-responsive touch screen
- Power light flashes on then off
- On charger, charging light flashes on then off, or is steady, but no power light or LCDs light up
- Won't read games
- Broken power or volume switch
- Charging socket is damaged
- Buttons or arrows are not responsive

To order our professional DSi repair service, place this item in your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure to follow these instructions:
- Describe the symptoms/issues you have with your system in the comments box at checkout.
- Print out a copy of the order confirmation at conclusion of checkout and include it in your shipment.
- Send your system to our repair center (address below). You are responsible for this cost. The cost of return shipping once repair is complete will be added at checkout.
- We do not send a mailer or shipping label, you send the system to us by any method you prefer.

Note: If your system requires extensive parts replacement which would require a small additional fee, or replacement of the system as a whole, we will contact you for approval prior to conducting any additional work. The vast majority of repairs qualify for the flat rate pricing.
Please do NOT send in the original box or any case, games, stylus, insert, or other items that we might lose. If you pad with bubble wrap and send in a USPS Small Flat Rate box (box is free at post office, shipping will be about $5), it should be safe.
Remember to enclose your order printout so we know who the DSi system belongs to, and to describe the problems so we can reserve the correct repair parts. For hinge/shell issues, please specify shell color in order comment line.
