For one flat fee, we cover the parts and labor for these common DSi problems. Check all that apply.
- Charging socket is damaged (you can often see the damage inside the power port)
- L and/or R shoulder buttons are not responsive (also called triggers or bumpers)
- Won't read games
- When charging, the charging light flashes once briefly then goes off. The DSi XL will not power on (no power light, no screens).
- When charging, the charging light comes on and stays on for a while, but the DSi XL will not power on (no power light, no screens).
- Sticky/unresponsive keys (specify which in order comment line)
- non-responsive touch screen
The touch screen registers the impressions of the stylus pen on the lower screen. The lower LCD displays the image. The touch screen is layered over the lower LCD and together they make the lower screen. One can be damaged, and the other can be fine.
For an additional charge, we can also repair the following problems:
* Damaged upper or lower screen (LCD) -- cracked, scratched, all white, fades out, blotches, lines, etc.
* When you power on then DSi XL, the power light and the lower screen flash once briefly then go off.
This usually means the upper LCD is damaged and needs to be replaced.The upper LCD for the DSi XL is very large, and very expensive, which is why we must charge extra for this repair.
* Water-damaged systems -- sometimes we can repair within the flat $54.99 fee, sometimes the motherboard needs to be replaced, for an additional charge. Depends on how much corrosion inside. We would contact you before doing this.

- Send your system to our repair center (address below). You are responsible for this cost. The cost of return shipping once repair is complete will be added at checkout.

Please do NOT send in the original box or any case, games, stylus, charger, or other items that we might lose. We suggest you pad with bubble wrap and send in a small box for safety. Please do not just throw it in a bubble mailer.
Remember to enclose your order printout so we know who the DSi XL system belongs to, and to describe the problems so we can reserve the correct repair parts.
