2). Pack up your system and include a print-off of your payment confirmation and write down a short explanation of your issue (do not ship controllers, adapters, or the original box).

Notes: If your system does not power on contact us before sending. Repair service and round-trip shipping usually take 1-2 weeks. This repair service is for the original NES-001 front loader only, not the later top-loader.
We highly recommend having your games cleaned by us or buying a
nintendo game cleaning kit from us as well. Repairing the system parts usually is enough but for dirty games you will likely need to clean them before achieving the desired performance.
