Good value
I have a tendency to break things; in this case this thing happened to be my ds. I planned to buy replacement parts to fix it, but I saw the repair service the Nintendorepairshop had. I quickly realized the value of their service after estimating the cost for parts and the risk of me breaking the ds further. I ordered the repair instantly and, even though I was skeptical, the repairshop implemented a quick and honest service which I really appreciated- these guys rock.

Prompt, courteous service and constant updates on the status of repairs and return shipment. They quickly repaired my son's damaged DS and had it back to him in less than a week.

Impressive
I was incredibly surprised when I received personal emails giving me status updates on my DS. The service and turnaround time were impeccable. The DS is as good as new.
Not Impossible to Fix (9/15/10)
I didn't think the problems with my DS Lite could be fixed but that all that changed when the Nintendo Repair Shop was able to fix the broken hinge, intalled a new battery and replaced the touch screen. Communication and quick turn around was excellent.
Great DS Repair (9/15/2010)
Before the repairs, I thought these items (battery not charging, unresponsive touchscreen, and broken hinge) were impossible and would need to buy a new DS. Thanks for a great job Nintendo Repair Shop for fixing my DS! The communication and the turnaround time were fantastic.
